It is important to stretch your body all the time in order to keep it in good working condition. For those of us who use our computers obsessively, It is even more important to stretch when we feel pain, instead of working through the pain, like an idiot.Following are a few stretches that will help you keep your arms healthy and help them recover from the strain of using your computer all the time, you obsessive freak. For pain/numbness/tingling/whatever in the ulnar nerve (i.e. your pinkie, ring finger, and some of your middle finger), try out this series of nerve glides. More stretching guides to come soon!
